Payment
Full payment is required no later than 24 hours before your appointment, and can be paid by Bank Transfer.
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Please ensure you include your Full Name as a Reference when making payment.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
Any Deposits paid will be refunded in full if cancellation is made with sufficient notice. Your Deposit can be held towards your rescheduled appointment, if you wish.
Late Arrivals / No Shows
Please arrive on time to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your reiki session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting following appointments, and the full session fee will still apply.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur the full session fee.
Other Notes
Reiki and massage treatments are complementary therapies and do not replace medical advice.
Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions or concerns before your session.
