Reiki is a Japanese term meaning “Universal Life Force Energy”. It is a holistic healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. By channelling energy through the practitioner’s hands, Reiki helps to release blockages and encourage the smooth flow of energy. Sessions focus on the body’s seven main chakras, which can become disrupted by physical or emotional experiences, leading to imbalance or dis-ease in your energy system over time.
Why Healing is Important
We all carry stories, emotions, and old beliefs within us. Some are visible, while others quietly shape how we move through life. These hidden ‘weights’ can leave us feeling heavy, stuck or held back. Through a combination of Reiki energy healing and intuitive guidance, it’s possible to dissolve these inner blocks, lighten the emotional load, and create space for positive change and forward movement.
What to Expect in a Session
Your first session begins with a consultation, to explore your needs and discuss how Reiki can best support you. We’ll go through a brief medical history, and chat about what’s been happening in your life, and I’ll ask you to complete a Consent Form before starting the therapy.
During the session, you’ll remain fully clothed and will lay on a treatment couch snuggled under a warm blanket. I will place my hands gently on, or just above, specific energy points along your body. The experience is soothing, non-invasive, and deeply relaxing—many clients drift into sleep during the process.
Self-Investment
- Initial Consultation & Reiki Session (approx. 90 minutes): £75
- Follow-on Reiki Session (approx. 60 minutes): £60

Healing in the comfort of your own home
If you are unable to travel, I am happy to provide Reiki sessions in the comfort of your own home.
I cover a wide area, including Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Blandford and the surrounding areas.
Please note that Home Visits for Reiki will include an additional small travel contribution of 50p per mile.
